if you are trying to get into bethesda and silver spring, it won't be an easy commute for you at all. once you get across the american legion bridge being you are stuck in the gridlock traffic that will take you around to the exit for 270. a lot of equipment on the scene at this point. if you got to get into downtown, you want to beat the hov rules, now is the time to do it that. could save you some time but not an easy ride if you have to get across the river and head up towards bethesda this morning. outer oop. beltway, the headlights coming towards you. this is the traffic coming from 270. all of your lane are open. but all of the flashing lights, that is what is causing the rubbernecking delay. everything open on the out are loop coming from montgomery county headed down towards tyson's. it is the inner loop. beltway well north of the american legion bridge where traffic has to squeeze by using the two right lane only. by contrast, 395 look good crossing over the potomac. new york avenue will be an eyesore. we have milled pavement between bladensburg road, the road is bumpy, chunk
