the big storms missing baltimore today. some scattered showers passed through late last night and early this morning. most of the day led hours and the evening hours have been dry and unseasonably warm again. temperatures at the airport officially hit 72 degrees, 70 degrees warmer than normal for march 20. we are now on pace to finish as the fourth warmest march on record. we have about a week and have to go, but right now we are in fourth place for the warmest march in baltimore. the average temperature so far this month is almost 53 degrees, just out of third place for the warmest march on record. a continuation of the warm early spring weather and to night temperatures are still running quite mild. if it does not go below 59 before midnight, we will at least tie the record for the warmest lower temperature -- tonight, to the jurors are still running quite mild. the morning hours around baltimore should be cloudy and foggy. sunrise at 7:08. the upper levels of the atmosphere will have the winds coming up from the south. 7
