we are at hollis and powell where an even bigger water main break is. you can see water is gushing out of the hoses year at 20-25 gal. per minute. crews say it happened right about 330 this morning. we spoke to a chevron employee who said he came to work in the entire area was flooded. when we spoke to utility crews they say that utility workers are working on marking off the area and to assess the area. they're trying to work on gradually shutting down the water. it wants to divert water mains to a different area so it does not affect the office building directly across the street. they say they will be here all day. the one thing to know that crews wanted to let us know is that if you will be traveling along hollis between 59 and paul you will expect some travel delays because they say they will be here all morning. as for the other water main break in berkeley, about 20 residents in that area will be affected because what will be shut off their. >> as kate mentioned, let's get the traffic word on how that water is affecting the roadways >> city stree
