not for the local beaches but down in the virginia beach area right now where some of the winds even along the coast without the warnings could still gust in that 40, 45, maybe 50 mile an hour range. our day planner calls for rain all day long. low 70s by noon. highs in the mid-70s. winds east, northeast 10 to 20 miles an hour generally here in the metro. again a little bit higher along the coast. as we look at the doppler locally, heavier rain bands coming through overnight. that's now toward the upper part of the bay, southeast pennsylvania, extreme northeastern pennsylvania. a little bit of light shower activity across prince george's county and anne arundel county at the moment. while we're in a lull now, over the next few hours, all the water to the south comes over us. a bit of rain overnight especially west and southwest. we have a flood watch for everybody east of the blue ridge except frederick county, maryland that will be till 10:00 tonight. one to as much as four inches of rain will be possible. some may get 5 or 6 out of this. flooding could be a real, real concern later
