morning. >> reporter: good morning. the arizona cardinals have deactivated their runningback jonathan dwyer after he was arrested yesterday for domestic violence charges. with the 9ers set to take on the cardinals in three days this is putting new pressure on the 49ers to do something about their own problems. dwyer was arrested yesterday in phoenix for an incident that happened back in july. a woman at his home had a bone fracture and 18-month-old child allegedly had a shoe thrown at the child. dwyer has admitted to police that the incident did happen but denied assaulting the woman and the child. so what about 49ers defensive lineman ray mcdonald? he was arrested late last month for allegedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend in his san jose home after police found bruise marks on her arm and neck. so far, he is still playing and the 9ers have made it clear, they are waiting on the legal process. so some local congresswomen are blasting the 49ers. >> now, the coach says that, you know, innocent until proven guilty, due process and all that. but the fact is -- [ pause ] >> he should
