roussey joins us now live from the protest over school start times. tom, an unusual scene up there. >> yeah leon i'm surrounded by a lot of middle schoolers who want to get their message across right now about later start times and they're joined by their parents who are here as well. main theme of this protest is they want middle and high schools to start no earlier than 8:30. and if it means they have to start elementary schools a little early to do that they're ok with it at this point. kids learn better if they get more sleep. here's video that we took earlier, before the kids surrounded me, this is what's going on outside of the montgomery county school headquarters in rockville. dozens of parents as well as their kids, their students out here protesting for the later start time. reason they're out today is the school board will be looking at this issue in a meeting tomorrow morning and they have a lot of options they're considering about what to do for start times. i talked to a lot of folks here including a former teacher and also a middle school student who said how much sh
