. good morning. good to be with you. i'm anne-marie green. the university or rather the bloody arrest of a university of virginia student is sparking outrage on campus and has gotten the attention of the governor. marqise johnson, a third year student at uva was arrested thursday morning by the state's alcoholic beverage control agency. a photograph shows johnson pinned on the sidewalk with blood gushing from a wound on his head. he was bell lidge rant after being turned away from a bar. about a thousand students demonstrated on campus wednesday night. they used an outdoor amphitheater to sound the call for justice. a tearful marqise johnson was under arrest. he said it was unacceptable. a witness said an alcoholic beverage control officer grabbed johnson by the arm after a bouncer stopped athe 20-year-old from entering the bar. johnson asked the officers to let go of his arm and tried to pull away. that's when he was brought to the ground hitting his head on the sidewalk. johnson was treated at a hospital and charged with obstruction of justice and public swearing or intoxication. snook
