andmattpellman. >>reporter: good morning, we're starting with storm tracker 6 live double scan, most of the area is dry right now. we're watching this cluster of heavy downpours that's training over maryland and southern delaware. be careful in you're heading in the area. you can see the rainier dover currently. the problem it's not budging anywhere. we're in the expecting it to affect anywheres in the region. we think it will dissipate after staying out there for a couple of hours. satellite and radar showing that in motion, the rest of the region dry except for the one cluster of cells that's affecting areas down to the south of the city. otherwise you can see how the clouds have left we started with the past couple of mornings. we'll see bright sunshine to start you off. 68 degrees in philadelphia. look at the temperatures in the lehigh valley. 56 in allentown and 61 in reading.
