accused in connection with a stabbing death of 18-year-old aaron wilkinson in madbury in june of 2014. wilkinson's body was dumped in maine. jean: jennifer crompton joins us live from dover. reporter: well, there are a lot of givens in this case, we know that tristan wolusky went with two friends to madbury in june of 2014 with the intention of robbing aaron wilkinson of we know the 18-year-old wilkinson was then stabbed over 20 times and his body dumped, along a road in maine. and we know the other two friends cut a deal with the state, they pled guilty to second degree murder, in tonight a jury has to figure out what role he played in a case riddled with accusations of lying. >> tatum and pinette made the decision to take knives up the driveway. pinette made the decision to hack aaron. that was never discussed. reporter: according to the defense, michael tatum and zachary pinette are lying. tristan wolusky may have tackled aaron wilkinson to rob him as planned but didn't know the others had brought knives and a machete. >> when he was surprised by the machete he jumped up, and when

two co-conspirators who testified he was the one who killed aaron wilkinson. tristan wolusky left a dover courtroom showing no emotion after a jury found him guilty on all charges related to the murder of 18-year-old aaron wilkinson. after weeks of listening to difficult testimony, wilkinson' s father is glad it' s finally over. >> the evidence didn' t portray him like an angel or anything. he wasn' t a gangster. he wasn' t evil. prosecutors say wolusky and two others went to wilkinson' s home with the intent of robbing him. wilkinson was stabbed more than 20 times, and his body was dumped along a road in maine. the state, in exchange for testifying against the 19-year-old. >> they got to watch two people guts out. mike: wolusky' s lawyer was shocked by the trial. >> if you get penalized for taking a case like this to trial instead of lying and taking a stand, there is something wrong. s mike: the state calls it a just verdict. horrible criminal choices, and i t fathom what was going they were thinking. they made their choices. mica: wilkinson' conviction doesn' comfort. son. >> he
