a state like california, a country like california, that's the way it feels. in a state like california we have so much diversity immigrants from all over the world, there are countries where the country of origin of the individual may have documentation that is appropriate for that country but does not meet the security features that our state requires specifically for the implementation of the bill. moving in that direction for california with a large population of undocumented individuals who are seeking drivers licenses, it could result for us in less wait time and more excited processes and the ability to serve all customers, including applicants more efficiently. people get very discouraged when they go to the ticket window without an appointment and it being several weeks and months before they can get direction about the appropriate documentation. because of the large number of people coming through the dmv it could be several months. a worst-case scenario the dv is sensitive to that. the legislature as well. we are excited about that technology. mr. h
