southbound 270 as you head all the way down through clarksburg, you are a little slow. eun? >> thank you, melissa. another traffic problem right now. only two lanes open in both directions of rockville pike where crews are fixing a water main break. this is in bethesda at the intersection of cedar lane. take a look at that. in the last 15 minutes we learned that wssc removed the 74-year-old pipe. now they have to put a new one in. this has been an issue since about 2:30 yesterday afternoon. the old pipe cracked open flooding that intersection. about 250 customers without water are getting their water supply from montgomery county fire this morning. at least one school in the area is impacted by this water main break. water is shut off at stone rinl. as a result school will open on a two-hour delay. that means school will start at 9:50 for the lower school and at 10:50 for the middle school and upper school. the pre-s.a.t. scheduled for today will be postponed until wednesday, october 28th. >>> good morning. storm team 4 meteorologist chuck bell. skies are partly cloudy. no c

all-career was given at the clarksburg high school after there was a report with a student with a gun. they put a shelter in place policy in effect while police searched the school this morning. police say it was a false alarm and no gun was found. new at 4:00, charles county sheriff searchers found a body. not from the indian head home of steven coltman. he was an honor student charged with a home break-in. along with two other teens. he has been missing since being released from jail on the 11th. police found the body a couple of hours ago. it is that of coltman. jonathan: update on amanda jones, the woman found murdered in her upper marlboro home after a welfare check. turns out those closed to her had been trying to reach her earlier. stephen tschida has the calls they made. stephen: yeah, jonathan, we know that amanda jones, 56-year-old amanda jones but found murdered inside her home tuesday morning. we now know that the night before she was on the phone with a friend when she walked into her home. that friend heard her scream. heard the struggle. the apparent struggle with her k

here is the heaviest rain around damascus, just to the only area around clarksburg and frederick right down toward poolsville and back towards leesburg and this is an area that's seen rain a lot over the last hour and we could see minor flooding in this area and down to the south and culpeper county really seeing that rain and that will come straight across fauquier county and you will see more of that over the next hour or so and then across the river over toward charles county and prince george's county. this is rain that has developed over the last hour and it will continue to move through the north right on through the district there and you can see the latest update coming toward downtown and it will still cause fairly heavy downpours at times like this one to the south and east of waldorf. that's just one area of rain and the other one, you can see it really starting to become more enhanced here back into portions of west virginia and this is the area that i'll continue to watch and as we move this, let me get off of here. as we train this or follow this over, we're talking about
