an unmanned army surveillance blimp that broke free and floated over pennsylvania for hours has now land but not before causing some damage. here's more from the breaking news desk. >> the unman blimp was spotted by thousands as it blew out of control. it broke free from its tether around 12:30 in aberdeen, maryland. it tracked north but keeping a steady altitude of 15,000 feet. residents reported seeing it go into sparsely populated areas. two f-15 fighter jets were scrambled to track it. it was grabbing a tether, a cable a mile long and that's what eventually caused the most damage knocking down power lines along its path causing outages. the local utility company reporting some 20,000 customers without power in the area. the blimp was invented by raion, it cost about $175 million and is almost as big as a football field, used extensively in iraq and afghanistan to provide surveillance. a military spokesman said the blimp grounded itself but it remains unclear loose. >> now on to the new report in connection with the murder of little bella. it find dcf closed their investigation into a
