i don't know what we're looking at. we're looking at the building view right now but on my traffic cameras we're looking from 24th street. so it's on the eastbound side right in here. you can see actually where the smoke is billowing out from underneath this overpass right in here. all traffic blocked off at this point so you can see a huge backup right in here. i can look at it from another view as well. that was looking from 24th street. now around 20th street from the opposite direction. this is heading westbound. you can see police activity blocking off all westbound lanes so no access to the schuylkill expressway or 95 from this point. this is another vantage point because you can see on the eastbound lanes almost not even visible right now with all the area covered in smoke and police activity on the scene. so your best bet, avoid the vine street expressway, eastbound and westbound closed. the incident occurred on the eastbound side so we would assume westbound opens before that but not until this area is out of t
