the wear has been come down for hours in the north bay and amy hollyfield is in green by with what she is seeing. the rain has been relentless and not let up for hours with flooding to show you. look at highway 101 behind me, as the cars go through the flooding. you will notice its when the cars go through on the outside lanes. the headlights are northbound at lucky drive and the southbound is the headlights or tail lights headed into the city with water over there, as well, and it is an area to slow down or, maybe, even go around and avoid it. this is a tip for drive this morning, consider an alternate route, the normal route may not be the best way. avoid the outside lane as we have been watching, that is where the flooding occurs so stick to the middle, right down the middle of the highway if you can. it is a morning to slow down and turn the headlights on. i checked with the c.h.p., happy to report no major issues up here and no problems and no spinouts and people seem to be slow down and using a lost caution. be ready. beware. the north gay get a good soak soaking. >>> good tip, w
