traffic during the storm. new at 11. we are learning new information about a deadly bart shooting in west oakland. a bart spokesperson says, the suspect and victim rode on the same bus prior to the killing. the incident happened just over a week ago. some of the pictures police released last week of the suspect. were taken on a tri - delta bus. officials say, the two had an interaction on the bus. that carried over onto bart. the victim was identified as 19- year-old carlos funez- romero of antioch. police are still trying to identify and locate the suspect. big news we are following tonight. protestors brought traffic to a halt on the bay bridge. and the back -up was felt for hours. this is video from our helicopter partnership with a-b- c 7. dozens of people were arrested and taken to jail that is where kron four's jeff bush is tonight. he has the latest jeff >> jeff :they were just released by the jail about 10 minutes ago but earlier in the day 25 people and five cars stock up west bay bridge traffic for hours afternoona synchronized act it was right around four in the afternoon,
