. he's already planning his iowa return. fraschilla and brent musberger will speak at the ames chamber event on january 26th. madison county authorities are looking into the cause of a fatal crash. the crash happened late saturday night on summit street in winterset. a clarinda couple had just turned onto summit in their van. authorities say 48-year-old john eller crashed his jeep into the back of their vehicle. eller was pronounced died at the scene. the clarinda couple wasn't seriously announced any charges. a fire consumed a west des moines home early this morning and had firefighters concerned about one of their crew. 10:28:46 "during the operation, a firefighter was on the outside of the building. the structure started collapsing, an outside wall fell and hit him. don't have a condition, he was talking when they took him to the hospital." :01-:11 crews responded to calls at around three-thirty this morning to bradford drive in west des moines. until about seven a-m, the crew couldn't get ahold of the home's owner. it turned out, the man wasnt home. no other firefighters were hurt.
