situation so much worse this morning. some areas seeing flooding worse than what we saw with sandy. that being louis, which is near record level this morning. the record was from march of 1962 for about half a foot above sandy's levels right now. gusty winds pushing waters ashore, and dewey beach with 75 miles per hour gusts, and the winds not letting up. that's hurricane strength winds at delaware beaches and strong gusts at the shore as well. we've seen a break in the precipitation for about an hour and a half in delaware along delaware bay into south jersey. that has changed. the snow, the rain, it's back. it's going to continue for most of the rest of the day. you can see some thinning in and around the philadelphia area, and delaware county and into chester county, but heavy snowfall in allentown, trenton, and interior new jersey and central delaware rights now. add to that gusty winds. more than 40 miles per hour. in fact, since we have been on at 4:00 this morning, the winds have stayed above 40 miles per hour. the gusts for philadelphia, wilmington, and wildwood now 53 mile
