this is 422 past oaks, eastbound traffic heading toward king of prussia moving fine. no flooding here. getting to the highways is an issue. we have a downed pole park avenue blocked near main street. spring house road is the alter nate. house fire at date street and madison avenue. fire crews on the scene. an accident at lime kiln pike and poe avenue. lincoln drive northbound at gypsy lane we're seeing water on the roads there. brooklawn 130 is blocked at 47 that's a common area that gets flooded. a couple of spots in gloucester county, 44, that's crown point road at paradise and 130 at 322. flooding still an issue even though the waters are still receding. >>> annie mccormick is live in cherry hill new jersey at a scene mirrored in many areas, a tree is down. >> reporter: a tree is down at cotswald and kay. this is one of several areas off route 70 in cherry hill township. old orchard road a tree fell on a power line and fell on to the front lawn of a home. take a look at the video. it's not just camden county that's seeing the damage. cumberland county is, as well.

no big problem as we look live in king of prussia. this is the schuylkill at 202. eastbound traffic headed towards gulph mills with no problems. the issue on the vine street expressway we've been fine on the highways right here but eighth street at race street, that's where we've got malfunctioning traffic lights so near that area you're seeing a problem currently just a little damp on the vine with no big problems rider here in center city. how about i-95ly? starting to slow down just a little bit. we're looking live approaching cottman and you see that southbound traffic headed towards center city andy an easy 14 minute ride northbound and southbound. no major issues on i-95. the roads have been mostly wet. even the bridges. we're in the seeing anyone slip or slide but nonetheless we have 35 miles an hour speed restrictions in place for most of the area bridges, the betsy ross, the ben franklin, the commodore barry. in new jersey the one issue lab flooding and it's still a problem here in logan township with 130 both ways south of 322, we've got one lane blocked

so, this is your northbound traffic right here as you head towards king of prussia on 202 northbound all lanes blocked here as well as southbound. we've got a lot of emergency workers on this scene. we're hearing there are downed wires causing the problem here so looks like an accident and downed wires. lots of emergency workers blocking both directions of 202. this is a big one for your morning commute. what you want to do is stick to lancaster avenue, route 30, as your alternate to this one. it's causing problems this morning. we have temperatures everywhere that are above freezing now. but problems everywhere nonetheless. as we look at some of these accidents, west chester pike eastbound at green lane. here's a new accident coming in in west chester. in upper merion we have an accident here on radnor road at croton road. one in west conshohocken that just cleared on marion hill lane. a new accident coming in in lower providence, this one on germantown pike at skippack creek road and we've got a problem in horsham. an accident there. i want to go back to that horsham limekiln pike

eastbound traffic here as you head towards king of prussia. you can see it's wet but no big problem coming in from pottstown limerick or phoenixville. looking pretty good there. here's the volume starting to build on i-95. that's your southbound traffic here at cottman as you head towards center city. no overnight construction and no major delay but you just want to take it slowly with the wet roads. the vine street expressway approaching i-95 no overnight construction here either so all your lanes are opened. you can see it's wet and along the vine we have been seeing some of the reduced visibility as well so be careful with there fog in spots. ending here on the schuylkill expressway montgomery drive just a little volume building eastbound between montgomery and girard. you can see as the cars drive through some of the spray. give yourself a little extra time, matt. >> thanks karen. >>> we begin with breaking news. rescuers have located the wreckage avenue small passenger plane that crashed in nepal. the plane took off from a resort town wes

here we are in king of prussia, the schuylkill at 202. the roads are wet right now. you can kind of see as the cars go through a little splash on the roads right now so look for that but if you're coming in from paoli devon norristown you're not going to have a problem out there yet. let's take a look at another issue though. sixtieth street at haverford avenue. getting reports of malfunctioning traffic lights that are causing problems right now so look for that to be an issue on 60th street. also in huntingdon valley we have an accident and we're hearing people injured on the scene. sounds like a serious one on county line road right another beechwood road. we have police on the scene with this so you're going to see some restrictions. burlington bristol bridge coming back down after a northbound ship so you might still want to head to the turnpike connector bridge 'cause traffic stopped but that shouldn't be a problem too much longer. one more live look at the ben franklin bridge. that's your westbound traffic coming into the city. you can see you're wet slowing th
