michelle: thank you. leaders in prince george's county have been speaking out about the chronic domestic violence problem. late last night the police arrested daniel west now charged in the stabbing death of lazama who was killed in landover yesterday. today, it was prince george's state attorney angela alsobrooks calling for changes in the county to protect the vulnerable. suzanne kennedy has that from landover. suzanne: the stabbing happened behind me in the apartment. today they went to annapolis to lobby for legislation. another tool if you will to help stem the tid violence. angela alsobrooks told me of seven of the eighth homicides in the county have been domestic in nature, including this that took place in early february where her woman and 2-year-old daughter were shot outside the townhouse in fort washington. allegedly by the baby's father. children have been present at the most recent domestic homicides in the county. people must speak up and get themselves and others help. we were raised in a
