not as breezy as yesterday morning at this time but certainly a westerly onshore push at sfo at 5, 7 pleasanton, 8 antioch, 14 concord, 12 fairfield. pretty calm winds in novato at this hour as it is in santa rosa. the difference is the push of the onshore flow. right now we don't have quite as an expansive marine layer with the earlier burnoff but because of the rotating winds this afternoon more to, oh, we have the southwest flow rotating northwest, we will see some cooler temperatures. you'll barely notice the difference but it will still feel summery in our inland areas. by lunchtime we have the intrusion of the clouds around the san mateo coast wrapping around to santa cruz then the clouds begin to back off except right there around tiburon, sausalito, inverness, bolinas. we do have by this time tomorrow, the same kind of a setup but watch what happens. right now we are enduring the light onshore push due to that area of low pressure well to the north of the bay area that has been enhancing that marine layer. by the weekend, high pressure begins to necessary until from the west

in wildwood we are at 67 degrees. dew points remain in the 60's which means it is not owe rest i havely humid just yet but we could get more humidity by end of the day. so off to a mild start in the 70's by lunchtime we are at 86 e current heat wave which came official yesterday 92 degrees our projected high temperature with sunset time at 7:36. that gets you through monday but of course we are anticipating labor day weekend. we will talk about that coming up in the meantime time to check traffic at 5:32 on your monday morning. a big story this morning will continue to be this water main break on southbound roosevelt boulevard, approaching ridge avenue. now we have two lanes block only one lane getting by, on this southbound section, of course, this is where folks head from the north east, into the city, and busiest time of the day is coming and i think we will have a lot of problems there on roosevelt boulevard so try to avoid that if you can. we will move to new jersey checking route 42 freeway a lot more volume may
