they say...he's armed and dangerous. >> rahami is a naturalized citizen from afghanistan and his apartment is in elizabeth, new jersey. the same town where fbi teams we filled with five suspicious devices at a train station. one of the devices did explode as a bomb squad tried to disarm it. no one was injured. it's still too early to say whether this is connected to the explosion in new york city. new york governor cuomo says the blast in the chelsea neighborhood does not appear to be an act of international terrorism....but they're not completely ruling it out. after the blast....a second pressure cooker with wires and a with the united nations having their general assembly 2 miles from the first blast, new york city is on alert. (( governor andrew cuomo: "we know that obviously we're had a number of bombings, elizabeth, in new jersey-- seaside park and in manahatten in the chelsea area. and there are similarities among the bombs. they are not all... they're not identical, but there were certain similarities in the way the bombs were put together... with certain elements ectera.
