bills team. but first it's marc martinez and fox 10 news at 10:00. >>> fox 10 news at 10:00 starts now. >>> and we begin tonight with a news alert out of washington state where at least five people has been shot after a gunman opens fire in a mall north of seattle, and we are getting a more clear picture now of what has happened. three dead, a man taken to the hospital not expected to hurt, another woman hurt but with non-life-threatening injuries. right now a search is on the for the sho washington state. here's seattle. this is all happening at a mall here in burlington washington. it's called the cascade mall, and we are told that there was a very busy place tonight, of course, and you see the mall right there, and it is right next to the i-5 freeway, and they believe that is where the shooter may have fled after inflicting all of the violence tonight. here's a picture of the suspected gunman, seen walking through the mall. witnesses say he walked into the macy's and opened fire. a rifle. officers say the shooter is believed to have left the scene before they got there. officers

shaken up. reporting live, marcy jones, fox 10 news. >>> marcy, thank you. and on to a developing story now. tonight we are hearing from the 19-year-old who says phoenix police officers forced him to eat marijuana all in order to avoid getting a ticket. edgar castro was pulled over back on september 17th for speeding. officers learned that she had no registration, no license, and his plates were suspended. but instead of giving him a ticket, the three officers allegedly told him that he could about a gram of marijuana that they found right inside of his car. castro says the officers then told him if he didn't eat the pot, he'd go to jail. >> i told them no, and they had their hands on the taser guns and everything, so i was kind of paranoid, so i went ahead and ate it. >> well, castro reported this incident to a police supervisor. all three officers quickly resigned, and a lieutenant was demo demoated back to sergeant after all of this. >>> two teenagers arrested in a series of robberies where the suspects were clown masks. check out the video released by police. they believe a 17-year-
