you are seeing is what is in chester county and newcastle county, very broken pattern precipitation and probably just producing flurries or light snow, again i don't expect this to be a big impact. i wouldn't cancel travel plans and it puts the coating on the roads you do slow it down. the bigger issue is later ton where north of philadelphia you see precipitation fill in and the models push it back to 8:00, 9:00 or 10:00. for a while it's cold enough at the surface for the rain to freeze up and becoming freezing rain, the worst type of winter precipitation. be careful driving in north bucks and northern montgomery and the lehigh valley and points north until you get the warm up and you can change the freezing rain to straight rain. there is the winter weather advisory that kicks if at 6:00. and doesn't expire until 2:00 in the morning in the poconos. and gradually gets better between the hours of 10:00 and 2:00 a.m. do be careful tonight in the northern areas though. temperatures now, we are getting close to above freezing in philadelphia if we get rain here we expect it to be all
