david nelson, we got a lot of debt and deficits as it is. he's making the argument, this is the art laffer school of economics, if you can cut taxes enough, you can grow the economy, grow gdp, you put people back to work, revenue is stronger, better than ever. how is that argument going fly in your view? >> fly on one side of the aisle, not going to fly on the other. trish: i don't know if it will fly by the way with conservatives entirely. the freedom caucus say we've got way too much in the way as it is? >> you are right. conservatives will probably bash that idea and the president is moving away from revenue neutral plan. it's clear they want to get something done, they need to win, especially after the health care failure. we're not going to get real tax reform, not going to get a rollback of 77,000 pages of tax code. corporate taxes cut, the opening salvo is 15%, that's a negotiable number. trish: everything with him is. >> it's "the art of the deal" and they'll be happy to settle for 20 maybe 25. trish: the reality is it's at 35 right
