. it happened in his bed. jenny joyce is here to explain what happened, we think at this hour, jenny? >> good morning, karen, at this point police don't know what may have been on that needle, that stuck this nine month old child. the good news, the baby is condition, at the hospital. police were called to home on the 200 block of green lane in manayunk around 6:00 p.m. wednesday for the report of a nine month old baby acting strangely. the infant was found in a third floor bedroom with a needle sticking out every his leg. the child's father was also in the room. the baby was taken to chestnut hill hospital for treatment and is listed in stable condition. the father, we are told, was taken to the special victims unit. dhs was also contacted. so far there are no charges in this case. police are still again trying to determine what kind of needle this was. and if there may have been drugs or other contaminant found that did stuck this nine month olds baby, again there is all happened last night at just hours ago. so police are still trying to get all of the details on this one. karen,
