jessica boyington right now checking on it roads and a few things. schuylkill construction is back following a skip over yesterday. right now the eastbound side is blocked before the vine, converting all traffic off onto the vine street expressway. that should be off about 5:00 this morning. and if you're traveling westbound, you should hit some lane restricts there. watching the schuylkill and also an accident up on moreland road. speeds there are into the mid-60s, and we have a 23 minute trip in both direction. so i'll keep checking in with all the rest of the majors. >>> i'm meteorologist bill henley. it's changing quickly. just as expected. and less than half an hour ago it was totally dry in center city. but look at the rain falling on broad street this morning. and we're tracking some thunderstorm activities now moving through delaware county and moving quickly. these cells are moving at 40 miles an hour. so you see that heavy rain, that line that has just moved into bucks county. that's moving quickly. it's going to be in doyle town about 4:51
