in central america there are advertisements that say if you come to america and apply for asylum they have to give you a hearing, and they're right. people are trying to get apprehended. they're not avoiding detention. under our law you're entitled to a hearing. it could take three or four year for your hearing is scheduled and we don't have detention space to hold you for three or four years. word is out on the street, if you apply for asylum you'll be let loose in the country. the reason there's been a spike if you bring a minor child with you, you can't be held more than 20 days. i'm trying to go to 100 days. and right now we don't have the bed space to detain the family. so we're going to do two things. we have to have a longer processing time and more bed space. but if we did those two things, most of this flow would stop. and what it comes to unaccompanied minors, if the word got out on the street that the child could be sent back to their home country like if you came from canada and mexico, it would destroy the smugglers' business. this is a nightmare for smugglers. this is a

so it is all about america. it was all about america for me because i understood the ability to, to individual liberty, economic freedom, which includes the, i believe to compete and i think that it is this ability, free competition, that basically drives everything in capitalism. it is, it is our desire to compete for success, for wealth, that drives us to create better and less expensive goods and services and from that everybody benefits. charles: the profit motivation, if that was taken out of the equation how would that change things? is it likely you would work, you still work very hard, you know, i consider myself a workaholic. would we work, i get a certain degree out of success but i like money. would we work as hard without the profit motivation? >> certainly not. as you say success is very important. as a matter of fact after a certain amount of money, success become as more important factor. but if you want to be successful, you want your company to grow. for a company to grow, it needs more and more
