we have seen this work in new hampshire. one example from new york. when on bardi eight needed advanced welders -- they asked the community college for coursework in advanced welding and said every graduate of this program would be given a $70,000 year job. i have already trained and placed 100 workers through that program into higher paying wages. i think the skills training must be invested in for anyone who is underemployed or unemployed. in terms of making college more affordable i think national public service is a way to get us to debt-free college. asking not what america can do for you but what you can do for america as a way to change the character of the country in one generation. also i think our debt is too high. i would allow anyone who holds debt to refinance that at the lowest rate. it's absurd that the federal government is making profit off the backs of our students so i would access -- suggest that any college -- i would do automatic refi. you have debt that you would like to get rid of doing that for the national public service prog
