the view from the east bay nice and clear with 51 santa rosa. you know something is going on when it's 51 in santa rosa in february. 53 in concord. here is a look at the wind gusts throughout the afternoon. so the reds, purples indicate the very gusty winds. you can see they are coming from the east pushing all across the bay. 2:00 in the afternoon, 30 miles an hour from oakland down through hayward, redwood city, half moon bay. as we get to sunset, things change, wind advisory, 7:00 in the morning, still gusty out there. it's not until the afternoon, afternoon time, where we see the winds ease up. you know, there's another event coming into tuesday we could see more wind. here is a look at sfo where it's clear out there. breezy to windy, strong gusty winds with the sunshine. the dry pattern continuing into pesidents' day it looks like. we're talking about no rain so far for the month of february. 60 in fremont, 61 in san jose. anywhere from about 40 to 70% of average is where we stand so far across the bay area in terms of rainfall. breezy, a f
