"eyewitness news" reporter david spunt is live in bensalem. david, what have you learned tonight? >> reporter: well, chris right now david huebsch is behind bars here in bucks county on a $750,000 bail. detectives tell me this case is far from over. in fact, they were actively seeking out more possible victims. 36-year-old david huebsch said nothing as bensalem police officers walked him to the back of a squad van. he's accused of inappropriately touching two 10-year-old girls at his daughter's sleepovers. >> it's very scare tree have that happen so close to home. >> reporter: ann-marie catalano lives across the street from huebsch, right across from the house in which police say the alleged touching happened on two separate occasions. >> my daughter is only four, she's not sleeping over anywhere yet but it makes me want to make sure i know the parents well. "eyewitness news" spoke to another neighbor who asked us to hide her identity. she says huebsch is well known in the neighborhood. >> i'm shocked by the whole thing, just totally shocked. it seems unbelievable to me. >> report

police make an arrest 31 years after the rape and murder of a bensalem teenager. barbara rowan disappeared in 1984 when she was 14 years old. police say george shaw arrested in florida killed the teenager after inviting her over to babysit. second suspect robert sanders is accuse of helping shaw dispose of the body. he was arrested in the poconos. investigators say they never gave up on the case. >> detectives and members of the district attorney's office notified barbara rowan's parents who are still alive that there's closure is this case. i'm just glad we got to this point. this about barbara and her family. >> police say tests by the fbi of tape found on rowan's body as well as wire taps led to the arrests. >>> we're learning more tonight about the victim shot and killed on oregon college campus. authorities say the gunman killed eight classmates antti which are at umpqua community college in roseberg thursday. the victim victim range in age 8 to 67. the shooter is dead. his motives still aren't clear but he dropped out of the army and studied mass shooters. i

thick smoke poured into the air above a well-known landscaping business in hulmeville just outside of bensalem. david spunt is live tonight with brand new information. david? >> reporter: jessica, chris, crews left the scene about 10 minutes ago but they were here for about four hours fighting this fire. we want to show you some great video we got from chopper three. you can see it happened after 7:00 o'clock tonight. we are told this happened at spencer's landscaping company. we are told by the owner of the business i spoke to him he says that a man working inside spencer's was working on some machinery. some sparks happened. that caught on fire. and the entire building engulfed. the building is destroyed right now. luckily nobody was hurt. i also asked if there were any dangerous chemicals inside. the owner told me that was not the case. i spoke to him just about an hour ago. >> it's just buildings. so i'm happy -- i'm happy of that but i can't be really happy because, you know, i've owned this for over -- almost 30 years now and i've never had an incident and it scares me. >> reporter: joe
