. let's get right into that accuweather forecast with dave murphy and karen rogers has a messy morning on the roads. good morning. >> definitely it is a mess out there as we have rain coming down. in some cases it's coming down rather steadily. storm tracker6 live double scan shows you the areas of precipitation highlighted in yellow pushing over into the new jersey side of the river and they are off and on hitting the new jersey turnpike especially parts of burlington and gloucester county. parts of the upper a.c. expressway route 42 and 55. be careful on these roads. out to the west we are starting to see some general drying in reading and lancaster with just a couple of other lighter showers popping in. and down in baltimore and points south in maryland you can see how the rain is also breaking up. it looks like by the end of the rush hour we will be transitioning in most areas to lighter precipitation but the clouds are going to be with us and it's still going to be a little bit damp through the day. i expect some afternoon spotty showers and drizzle around. less rain in the aftern
