a.m. some of the wet snow is beginning to build in through wilmington and parts of dover and delaware. you notice how it will stay as rain for the most part by the shore. by noon we're looking at this building in and through the afternoon it continues to build. there's a possibility the changes over to rain some point around the i-95 corridor during the afternoon hours. this current model run has philadelphia close to that bubble. 6:00, we have the precipitation but it is shifting toward the east and getting off the coast. we are going to accumulate snow 1 to 3 through the i-95 corridor. rain down south. 3 to 6 although it will be on grassy surfaces. it's march snow, up in the northern areas the better chance you have of getting it on the roads. roads i think for the most part will be wet and slushy. of course if you see the accumulation on the roads slow down. northwest suburbs slushy roads it could stick there. kind of slushy in the philadelphia metro area and wet in south jersey and delaware. high of 46. clouds mixing in. tomorrow, the wintry mix through the day and early evening.
