glenn "hurricane" schwartz tells us how long the rain will last in his most accurate first alert neighborhood forecast. >> this area of rain has nothing to do with the severe weather we're talking about for tomorrow. this is a separate area. you can see it's really knocked down the visible out there. some of this rain is on the heavy side, not just where jim is in washington. look at this. in parts of chester county, delaware county, south philly, center city getting some moderate to heavy rain right now. now, this is not going to last all night, but as you can see it's moving straight west to east. and so the same areas are getting hit by the heaviest rain over and over again. so you're going to be getting a good bit of rain in philadelphia and much of delaware. in the lehigh valley, you're getting nothing. back to the west, you can see there's more rain coming in ohio. maybe the lehigh valley will get a little bit of that later on tonight. as we go through the night tonight, you can see the future weather computer showing the heaviest rain in central and southern delaware. extr
