i have worked with colonial williamsburg. i worked in farmville, about a year ago i joined the virginia foundation for the humanities to help other historic sites build their capacity. one of the things we do is provide grants to historical and cultural institution and libraries and universities for programming and research for capacity building project. we do our own programming. we produce our own radio shows and back story with good reason. my particular responsibility now is actually working with the general assembly. they recently commissioned the virginia foundation for the humanity to document as many african-american historic sites as possible. all this work feeds together from what jobie is doing with slave dwellings to what the encyclopedia virginia is doing and then with this new general assembly project we are really trying to marry all of this content together into something that's accessible and use it for teach he is, for families, for visitors to the state of virginia that explore some these underknown and und
