10:00 pm
ue workers only trust dawn, because it's tough on grease yet gentle. i am home, i am home, i am home jesse: he sure did. we have got to run. judge jeanine: president trump does what he does best. firing up the base at a raucous rally in michigan. welcome to justice. i'm jeanine pirro. thanks for being us. and a special thanks for making justice number one again last saturday. you know, you saw it here live, the president of the united states ignoring his critics at the white house correspondents dinner and taking his message directly to the people. mark steyn, governor mike huckabee and michelle malkin. plus my opening statement is straight ahead. but first a few highlights from
10:01 pm
the president's big night in michigan. president trump: we need to elect more republicans so we can protect our cities, defend our borders and grow our economy and continue to make america great again. the democrats don't care about our military. they don't. they don't care and they don't care about our borders. i don't think they care much about crime. if you look at it. ms-13, they pour through. everybody pours through, and they want it. by the way, we are getting rid of ms-13 in record numbers. okay? record numbers. how about this guy comey? he said the other night the fake dirty dossier, he said the other night on fox, he said very strongly, no, i didn't know it was paid for by the democrats
10:02 pm
and hillary clinton. he didn't know that. how about that? they start something based on a document that was paid for by the dnc and hillary clinton. honestly, folks, let me tell you. it's a disgrace. we have got to get back down to business. if we would have said where we were today from three months ago. they said he's going to get us into nuclear war. no, no, no. strength will keep us out of nuclear war. it won't get us in. they go in, they don't work out. i leave. i won't be a john kerry who makes that horrible iran deal. horrible. one of the worst deals. how do you make a deal like that. $150 billion. $1.8 billion in cash. you know what that is? you know what they got in they
10:03 pm
got nothing. they got nothing. so we'll have hopefully a successful negotiation over the next three or four weeks, and we'll be doing the world a big favor. we'll be doing the world a big favor. let's see how it goes. i think we'll do fine. i had one of the fake news groups this morning -- [crowd booing] they were saying what do you think president trump had to do with it. i'll tell you what. how about everything? judge jeanine: much more from president trump's rally throughout this hour with all of my guests. but first my opening statement. he's a liar, he's a leaker, and he's a leftist liberal.
10:04 pm
if anyone was not convinced the former fbi director jim comey's involvement in the attempted coup from within our own government of the duly elected winner of the 2016 presidential election, i have just one question for you. are you stupid? look, you don't have to buy his book or argue with our liberal friend assuming you still have any left. just listen up. comey's book tour was supposed to convince us he is an honorable, likeable, descent man doing his darnedest to protect the american people and the nation. comey would hit the trail, the bookstores and the tv studios
10:05 pm
making clear when he was the top of the perch at the fbi, he did everything right. unfortunately for jim, it didn't quite work out as planned. in fact the man is in real legal jeopardy with his leaks being investigated by the justice department. not that i have any faith in sessions and company that they will ever do anything of consequence regarding this fiasco. but last week you remember i told you there was nothing, zilch, zero, nada in comey's two-page memo of his meeting with the president that in any way, shape or form that incriminated president trump. just the opposite. the president denied everything involving russia. wanted the investigation vigorously pursued and he wanted leakers prosecuted. so what does he do?
10:06 pm
he walks out and leaks to his law school pal. but he's not a leaker. check this one out. bret: but you did leak memos. did you -- is it okay for somebody at the fbi to leak an internal document fun it's not classified. isn't that leak. >> i didn't leak memos. i asked a friend to communicate the substance of one unclassified memo. judge jeanine: jim, you are not a leaker. you say you asked the president if you could meet with him privately to discuss a dossier because it's private and you don't want others to hear and you don't know cnn to know. but almost immediately after you do cnn and the world has it, and you want us to believe you didn't leak the dossier when you say in the memo that clapper told to you tell the president about the dossier and tell him it won't be leaked?
10:07 pm
bret: did you or our subordinates leak that? >> no. >> downbrennan? >> i don't know who leaked it. bret: did you try to find out? >> who leaked an unclassified public memo? no. judge jeanine: you give a memo to your pal dan and it's not a leak? and you say, jim, it wasn't classified, but it was marked secret, which is classified. then you say as the head of the fbi, i can declassify. you took a document that was written contemporaneous with a meeting with the president of the united states advising him of an investigation. that's a crime. it's a crime to convey any record of the united states or any department or agency to another person.
10:08 pm
and your fbi employment agreement bars the disclosure of files electronic or paper. remember when barack obama hired you you signed you will not reveal by any means any information acquired by virtue of my official employment to any unauthorized recipient. so now mr. slick, you tell us your friend dan richmond is a special government employee. pray tell, who made him that. who did his background check? like mccabe and lynch you just throw him under the bus. federal regulations require an employee, even he, should not allow the use of private information to further his own interests. and he had to be trained and agree to this. he had to recognize this responsibilities regarding unauthorized documents. you know, jim, you say it's not
10:09 pm
a leak and we should believe it because you said it. and you are so brazen you think you can change the rules a we go along and we'll follow like fools. >> jim comey has a definition of the word leak that no one else has. what he says is a leak the rest of us call a felony. leak is disclosing a confidential conversation which is exactly what he did. judge jeanine: jim, you leaked the memo because you were an anti-trumper who wanted to begin an intelligence investigation and you wanted to embarrass the president by making it public. and you didn't get the required permission from the fbi or doj to do it. and jim you and i both know since it was part of an investigation it becomes a 302 which memos cannot be released. my favorite part is when you said you woke up in the middle
10:10 pm
of the night and you realized this memo would be sufficient to get a special counsel assigned. you said it really was a personal diary. as if anyone at the fbi routinely sends his or her diary as you did to the chief of staff and the fbi's legal counsel. you say the guy you admire most of in government is good old james clapper. the guy who doesn't leak or surveil us wittingly. he's another liar and a leaker who like you hates donald trump. this bozo like you flatly denied leak the dossier. he even released a statement to the public that he assured the incoming president that neither he nor anyone in the intel community was responsible for the leak. and he described the corrosive effects leaks have on our national security.
10:11 pm
meanwhile, this weasle told you to tell the president about the dossier at the same time he appears before a congressional committee flatly denying he leaked the dossier to the committee. and he has the chutzpah to criticize president trump? according to the house intel committee he later had to admit he told jake tapper, cnn, on the are journalists about the dossier himself. before trump's inauguration, and now he's on cnn's payroll. and tonight, isn't this sweet? as we speak, jake tapper and clapper are getting an award at the white house correspondents dinner for the report about the dossier which clapper lied to congress about and said he never leaked but which we know he leaked to cnn for which
10:12 pm
everybody is getting an award. jim, you are part of an anti-trump conspiracy violating the fundamental rules of your own agency. don't think because you were a big shot at the fbi that you can dispel the rules to suit your own and your family's own political agenda. power, jim, don'teer forget it, power is rented. and you my friend have been evicted. that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook page, twitter and instagram, hashtag judge jeanine. joining me mark steyn. >> good to see you, jeanine. that was a cracking open and helps explain why you are number one every weekend.
10:13 pm
that was terrific stuff. judge jeanine: thank you, mark. the thing that's so frustrating for me as someone who was in law enforcement for three decades. we live in a world of television where the answers are a few seconds long and then you have to move to the next question. i want my viewers to understand this is such hogwash and it's so frustrating. my worry is that there will be no consequences. what do you think? >> i think there will be consequences. whatever was a week ago, the deputy director, the deputy attorney general rosenstein told president trump you are not a target of the investigation. if i had been the president i would have replied to him, you got that right, you guys are. it's actually the department of justice and the fbi and the tight little group including other key figures in the
10:14 pm
intelligence agency like clapper and brennan at issue here. they are all in severe legal peril. and comey in particular has a credibility issue. he organizes a meeting with the president-elect for the purpose of telling him a lot of hooey about hookers in moscow. then he claims to bret baier that he has no idea about the provprovenance of this dossier. you know as well as i do if he was in a courtroom on the witness stand what a jury would make of his credibility. judge jeanine: he affirmed it four times every time it went to the fisa court and he says he
10:15 pm
doesn't know from whence it came. he won't admit like his deputy did that it was a main piece of the request for the fisa warrant. he said it was part of a mosaic. i want to talk for a moment about the president. and there is a sound i want to you hear. take a listen. president trump: you watch comey, and you watch the way he lies. then he's got the memos. i wonder when he wrote the memos. and he puts them up. watch the way he lies. it's the most of incredible thing. do you remember john lovetz, the liar? comey is a liar and a leaker. judge jeanine: remember the guy from "saturday night live," and it was called "the liar." >> it was a terrific segment.
10:16 pm
this is the president in his element. tone is important. this is what a lot of trump critics on the left and right, republicans and democrats miss. the base has been longing for years about somebody who punches back. george w. tbhusht early part of this century took the high road. democrats trashed him. you had democratic senators come bearing he was doing in triewct behavior of nazis. and george w. bush took the high road and said nothing. and republican voters have wanted spokesman that smashes back. for that very reason the base will stick with him because he doesn't play on the left's terms. judge jeanine: very well said. mark steyn, thanks for being with us. more from the president's rally ahead with governor mike
10:17 pm
huckabee and joe concha. stay with us as justice rolls on. i no longer live with the uncertainties of hep c. wondering, "what if?" i let go of all those feelings. because i am cured with harvoni. harvoni is a revolutionary treatment for the most common type of chronic hepatitis c. it's been prescribed to more than a quarter million people. and is proven to cure up to 99% of patients who've have had no prior treatment with 12 weeks. certain patients can be cured with just 8 weeks of harvoni. before starting harvoni, your doctor will test to see if you've ever had hepatitis b, which may flare up and cause serious liver problems during and after harvoni treatment. tell your doctor if you've ever had hepatitis b, a liver transplant, other liver or kidney problems, hiv or any other medical conditions and about all the medicines you take including herbal supplements. taking amiodarone with harvoni can cause a serious slowing of your heart rate.
10:18 pm
common side effects of harvoni include tiredness, headache and weakness. ready to let go of hep c? ask your hep c specialist about harvoni. does it look like i'm done?yet? shouldn't you be at work? [ mockingly ] "shouldn't you be at work?" todd. hold on. 10:21 pm
and fight like hell and win the house and win the senate. i think we'll do great in the senate and do great in the house because the economy is so good. judge jeanine: wow! talk about firing up the base. president trump wrapping up a major rally in michigan. a state that was key to his presidential victory. crtv host michelle malkin joins me. your reaction to the president? >> it was fantastic. you have got the president in washington township, michigan. a state that had been lost by republicans for so many years. more people cast their vote for president trump in that election in 2016 than any other presidential candidate in history. there you have him talking directly to the people, talking about what they care about. not what these poobahs in the
10:22 pm
estate patting themselves on the back at the annual white house correspondents dinner giving themselves awards. judge jeanine: clapper lies to congress and he's now getting an award. let's talk about james comey. >> comey is a liar, a leaker and a left-wing craft weasle. it's treachery. they have been completely exposed. they will keep digging in their heels and doubling down on that hole. the house intel committee came out with a conclusion that is more confirmation than
10:23 pm
revelation. the revolving door between the deep state and the liberal media that puts these people on as pundits after they leak all this information. judge jeanine: listen to the president talking about the border. president trump: the open border policies of the democratic party are not just wrong, they are dangerous and in fact deadly. they make no sense. they are deadly. their policies let gangs, some of the most of vicious gangs in the world pour into our country. they pour into our country. do you know on long island you have gang members that are so tough that we send in these incredible i.c.e. agents. but you know what? the i.c.e. agents are much tougher. judge jeanine: he's obviously referring to ms-13 and the violent crime we have been with
10:24 pm
itness to. what does the president have to do? right now he's not able to build a wall, though he said he's building the wall. he got $1.6 billion, but he needs a lot more. >> i started my career in los angeles in the newspaper industry in the early 1990s where the first got roots immigration enforcement began because it was californians who were the well weather. and the -- the bellwether. but now jerry brown and xavier bacerra, they have betrayed people. people are fleeing california. there is no candidate who has been more vocal than president trump was. there has got to be a groundswell. but this has to be a nationwide movement. people have to take control in
10:25 pm
their own states and localities. that's why we have this counter revolution within california. we have a scattering of counties saying we are not a sanctuary outlaw state. we have to have people who believe what president trump believes elected to local and state office. judge jeanine: did the president hit the mark tonight? governor huckabee is next. and two poem who probably won't agree on president trump's performance. performance. chris hahn and sarah carter. so we swapped your car out for the all-new chevy traverse. yes. do you think it's going to surprise your daughter? absolutely. wait, is mom here yet? where's mom? she's in this car. what the heck? whoa. yo, whose car is this?
10:26 pm
this is the all-new chevy traverse. this is beautiful. it has apple carplay compatibility. do those apps look familiar? ohhhhh. do you want to hit this button? there's a hidden compartment. uhh, whoa. mom, when i'm older can you buy me this car? i wanna buy me this car.

children. larry harvey has died. harvey began the arts festival in 1986 at baker beach in san francisco. but the event quickly outgrew the beach and moved to the desert. the festival earns its name sake by finishing every year with the burning of a massive effigy. i'm marianne rafferty. now back to "justice with judge jeanine." jeanine." president trump: comey is a liar and a leaker. you know, i did you a great favor. when i fired this guy. i did you a favor. because when you look at what was going on at the top of the fbi, it is a disgrace and never this room understands it. the lovers, the two lovers,
10:31 pm
right? lisa and strzok. lisa and peter. the two lovers. what they said. what was going on. look how many of those top officials were fired or removed. and they should be out of here. judge jeanine: welcome back to "justice." president trump firing up the crowd in michigan and firing up my panel. joining me sara carter and chris hahn. chris, you have to admit the president is right. comey is gone, mccabe is gone. rybicki is gone. baker is gone. strzok and page are there because they are cooperating according to a source sarah carter has. does it sound like thing a dirty echelon in the fbi? >> all this talk about lying and
10:32 pm
leak. i think we have far too much classified information in this country. so what comey put out there didn't seem to violate any national security. it might have embarrassed the president politically. but it was hardly a leak. the fbi director can put out whatever memo he wants. >> not so. judge jeanine: go ahead, sarah. >> chris, that is not so. that was property of the fbi. he leaked it. why didn't he just come out himself and say it. why all the runaround. why did he have to give to it richmond, then have richmond gift to the "new york times." he leaked it. and he knows he violated the law. and now he knows he'll have to pay for it. >> it's only a violation of the law if there was something classified in that memo. judge jeanine: you are wrong,
10:33 pm
chris. it doesn't have to be classified to be illegal to remove fbi material. sarah -- >> he could have talked about all he wanted to with congress. he chose not to. he could have talked about this conversation in his book. he did not need to leak those memos. we don't know a lot about richmond. if he was a special government employee of the fbi, he was under the fbi. he was not comey's personal puppet to leak everything he wanted to as well to him. another point, this is very important. he lied about that dossier, and about knowing paid for it. or he just just inept. he signed the fisa warrant. he signed one of the fisa warrants on carter page. we note dossier was the bulk on the fisa warrants. >> how come we never talk about
10:34 pm
the washington "free beacon"? we never talk about that part of it. judge jeanine: sarah, wait. chris, stop trying to change the topic. the issue is whether jim comey leaked. and whether it's classified or unclassified is not the issue. if you listen to my open it's a violation of the federal records act and the reason people have to get approval from the court to get a 302. this guy isn't god. >> i would love to see a prosecutor bring that case. judge jeanine: let's take a listen to the president. president trump: if our justice department was doing the right thing, they would be and lot tougher right now object those people. because there is tremendous crime and corruption on the other side. judge jeanine: is the justice department going to do anything. >> i do believe they will. they are right now. remember, this started since last year, in the fall of last
10:35 pm
year when attorney general jeff sessions put john huber in charge of this. i heard they impaneled a grand jury. they will be look at clapper and the leaks. this is about weaponizing the intelligence community. this is about disinformation on the white house, on a sitting president of the united states of america. these are people who are willing to spread lies and disinformation based on a salacious dossier which they never proved anything in that dossier. >> cohen was probably in prague and that was one of the things they are were hang their hat on. the president of the united states should not be calling for anybody to be prosecuted. that's completely inappropriate. >> is it appropriate for brennan, for clapper, for comey to go out there and spread lies and disinformation? they are aiding and abetting the
10:36 pm
russians in their disinformation campaign. >> it's not proven to be a lie here. in fact those memos basically back up what he said to congress and back up what he wrote in his book. i am no fan of jim i'm. i think he gave trump the election and intervened far too much in politics for an fbi director. >> he's highly partisan and leaked memos that belonged to the fbi. he could have talked about it. judge jeanine: we are going to save you for next time, we are running out of time. the governor is on deck. mike huckabee joins me next to talk about tonight many rally and much more. don't go away.
10:37 pm
so, what's new? we just switched to geico and got more. more? they've been saving folks money for over 75 years. a company you can trust. geico even helped us with homeowners insurance. more sounds great. gotta love more... right, honey? yeah! geico. expect great savings and a whole lot more.

theseare heading back home.y oil thanks to dawn, rescue workers only trust dawn, because it's tough on grease yet gentle. i am home, i am home, i am home president trump: sources. they never say who are the sources. they don't have sources. the sources don't exist in many case. they don't have sources and the sources in many cases don't exist. these are very dishonest people, many of them. they are very, very dishonest people. judge jeanine: president trump not holding back tonight on any topic, giving a rip-roaring speech in michigan.
10:42 pm
joining me, governor mike huckabee. i thought it was interesting. the last sound we just heard. he said these people are not fair people. they give you fake news. tonight ironically is the white house correspondents dinner where the media gets together and slap each other on the back. >> it's a roomful of people hugging themselves so tightly it's a wonder anyone can breathe. there is more authenticity at a wax museum than there is at one of these dinners. it's such a self-congratulatory orgy of emotion, peeling, we are the world. what the president did by going to washington, hitch began was to say, you guys in the press corps, you are not my people. these are my people.
10:43 pm
it's a beautiful juxtaposition of why trump is president and why his approval ratings are climbing. and i know that's driving some of those people in that dinner absolutely nuts. judge jeanine: the president said they said there would be nuclear holocaust. there would be nuclear war. i want to talk to you about maxine waters. the president talks about maxine. i don't know whether we have that sound. let's hit it. county where if you his -- president trump: if you listen to maxine waters [booing] she goes around saying we'll impeach him. but people say he hasn't done anything wrong. they say that doesn't matter, we'll impeach the president. judge jeanine: your take?
10:44 pm
>> i think it's amazing the democrats continue to talk about impeaching a president who has no impeachable reasons and crimes. i hope they keep that message up because they are exposing themselves for trying to somehow forget that the way you get rid of a political figure you don't like is to elect somebody else. you don't weaponize everything that a person does. that's what they are trying to do and it makes them look utterly foolish when they do it. judge jeanine: the more they talk like this the nuttier they sound. adam schiff has his continue foil hat on. he's waiting for the russians to communicate with him and tell him for sure the president was colluding. but you have to look at this president. the guy works 24/7.
10:45 pm
he works nonstop. and they are talking about impeaching him. you wonder where does he get the get up and go to get up and go? >> it's one thing for maxine waters to say this. but earlier day was listening to some democrat commentator, a democrat operative and a person was interviewing her on one of the other networks. they kept saying there is a good chance donald trump won't even be in office a year from now. when called out about it they continue to try to defend these ridiculous statements. it may be wishful thing, but it's dangerous thinking to put into the heads of the american people that this is a president who won't fulfill his entire term and possibly a second one. in all the years obama was president i didn't agrea with a lot of his presidency but i never thought the way he should
10:46 pm
end his term was to have lies told about him so we would get rid of them because we didn't like him. that's not the way the system works. that's what you do in banana republics. it's not what you do in the united states of america. judge jeanine: when i look at the fbi and the intel community, that's how they were acting. did you see the grassley committee? they let out that bill so the president can't fire mueller? what did you think of that? >> well, it's absurd. of course, he can fire mueller. i don't think he should. judge jeanine: why would a republican let that out of committee. >> some of these republicans are more underred in protecting mueller than they are in protecting the president of the united states. that is disgusting. judge jeanine: governor mike
10:47 pm
huckabee, thank you for being with us. >> always a pleasure. judge jeanine: more from the president next. joe concha is standing by live, don't go away. vo: gopi has built her business with her own two hands.
10:48 pm
each unique piece comes to life in the same way... a messy, sloppy, splattery way. but now she's found a way to keep her receipts tidy, even when nothing else is. brand vo: snap and sort your expenses with quickbooks and find, on average, $4,340 in tax savings. smarter business tools for the world's hardest workers. quickbooks. backing you. we need to help more tocalifornians get ahead.d, that's why antonio villaraigosa

brought republicans and democrats together to balance the state budget with a budget reserve, while investing in local schools and career training. as mayor of la, he put more police on the streets and reduced violent crime by nearly fifty percent. that's antonio villaraigosa. a governor for all of california.
10:50 pm
10:51 pm
president trump: is this better than that phoney washington white house correspondents dinner? is this more fun? i could be up there smiling like i love when they are hitting you shot after shot. these people hate your guts. shot. and you know, you got to smile. if you don't smile, they will say he was terrible. he couldn't take it. if you do smile, they will say what was he smiling about. there is no win. judge jeanine: the president holds a rally in mitch began and once again misses the white house correspondents dinner. if he doesn't laugh he'll be criticized. but he says he would rather be with the prime minister in michigan. >> many people would say he's at
10:52 pm
his best when he's at rallies like that. he seems like he's at his most of comfortable happy place when he's doing those sort of rallies. roger ells used to -- roger ailes used to say television is a visual medium. if you watched your television, there was a split screen. on one side you have the president in washington, michigan talking to working class people at a rally in a state that he had no business winning in terms of the blue wall coming down. and pence jane and wisconsin coming down as well. i was at the washington correspondents dinner last year drinking my champagne with other journalists. but the way that looks when you compare that on television looks
10:53 pm
good for president trump. because people don't trust the swamp and they can't relate to elites. that was a smart move. he wouldn't be well-served going to the white house correspondents dinner. judge jeanine: i want to move on to something else. kanye west saying good things about the president. and they both have what was it -- dragon energy. i forget what the energy. >> it wasn't tiger blood. it was dragon energy. tiger blood is charlie sheen. judge jeanine: it was almost like mccarthyism. you can't say anything against our group think or we'll throw you out of the club. president trump: in all
10:54 pm
fairness, kanye west gets it. he gets it. he gets it. and he saw that when he sees that african-american unemployment is the lowest in history, you know, people are watching. that's a very important thing he's done for his legacy. it's a very important thing. judge jeanine: no matter how they pushed back at kanye, he didn't care. he doubled down. i here he hassing a song where he doubles down. >> kanye west was called crazy. people questioned his mental health because he said he loves trump. if everybody's crazy if you support president trump. that means 62 million 979,000 people who voted for him in 2016
