would make a big difference for parents of children who have autism. iowans supporting insurance coverage for autism met at the capital yesterday... including a delegation from siouxland. blue t-shirts and puzzle pieces were set up in the capitol rotunda to catch the eye of lawmakers. a bill introduced by republican ron jorgensen of sioux city would require insurance companies to cover autism treatment. as it stands now, often that treatment isn't covered d even for doctor recommended re. "a lot of our families do have to relocate without services. so that's a pretty desperate place to be in. as well as all states and 42 other country have passed similar legislation. little bit behind the to serving this type of population." sioux city is the year-old with autism. he's been working on this bill for 10 years and hopes this could be the year it actually gets passed. the voice actor behind bugs bunny and daffy duck has died. the family of joe alaskey confirmed his death thursday. the voice actor had been battling cancer. alaskey voiced several looney tunes characters after the death of mel blanc in 19- 89...including tweety bird... sylvester the cat... and even won an emmy for his performance on cartoon network's "duck dodgers." alaskey did not only do cartoons. he also was the voice of richard nixon in the film-- "forrest gump." alaskey was 63- years old. and sadly... he wasn't the only talent we lost this week. maurice white, the leader of the band "earth wind and fire" has died group's more famous tracks....."septemb er", "shining star" and "sing a song." maurice white was before forming earth, wind and fire. chicago during his teenage years and was a drummer at playing on songs for people like

were accidentaly flipped and things like that.t.e just want to make sure everything is accurat, especially when we are talking about two tenths of a percentage point." the group is vowing to go through precint by precint to double check the numbers following reports of descrepencies from several caucus locations. lukas: the candidates may have moved on from iowa, but some questions remain for those citing problems during monday's process. that includes at least two democratic precints in woodbury county. abc9 news anchor tim seaman has more on how some people say their precint delegate wrongly went to the clinton campaign, and they a an't sure why. "this system like i said is outdated we need to change it," said patrick west. on monday, patrick west served as a captain in woodbury county precinct #40 held in correctionville. like some others in iowa, he's questioning the way democratic caucus results are posted. "our precinct went for sanders. oto's precinct, the paper work was filled out showing they went for sanders and yet

reporting it for clinton," said patrick west. keane schwarz served as captain for that ototo precinct, precinct 43. he was the o oy voter to participate and aligned with bernie sanders, but the state party results show the precinct being won by hillary c,inton. "one person, i'm the only one on a sheet of paper very clearly filled out for this candidate with no oppisition and it's you become a hillary delegate," said keane schwartz. precints 40 and 43 were 2 of 6 held at the river valley high school. schwartz, west and fellow precinct co-captain stephen eitzen all say caucus night was a a ght of "there wasn't a lot of discussion. at the end thererwas, but during the process we were just sitting there. in hindsight i would have gone over and said what are you guys doing," that "afterwards" eitzen mentioned..... mass confusion concerning a potential 9-9 tie between clinton and "we went in there it cafateria. lots of tables no direction whereever you the men say the precinct's lone o'malley supporter offered to switch support to clinton forcing a deadlock,

latching on to a growing trend among police forces tionwide. by outfitting its officers with body cameras. thstorm lake police department is utilizing body cameras for all of its uniformed officers. they say the footage from the cameras can be used for a range of things, from evidence in the court room to useful training video for newer police officers... and will help them maintain a high level of transparency, however, in order to protect privacy, public safety will not make the footage available to the general public without a court order. lukas sioux city police are investigating a possible home invasion that happened in the middle of the blizzard this week. according to police a 21- year old victim stated that four men entered his unlocked home near morningside avenue tuesday night. he says they threatened him and several other people in the home, before taking several items and leaving. at the time of the incident sioux city was in a blizzard warning and over a foot of snow had already fallen. authorities are still investigating the incident. lukas:
