((kirsten joyce)) today... metro police and n-h-p will be cracking down on speeders on boulder highway from broadbent to tropicana... this is where the 55 miles per hour speed limit has been lowered to 45 miles per hour. eight percent of clark county deadly crashes happened on the road... and 20 percent of pedestrians who were killed last year...were hit on boulder highway. safety advocates say lower speed
