and firefighters have been able to encircle only about 12% of that with a fire line where the flames can't jump across. have you seen this video? it's a sheriff's deputy pulling a man out of a car at a caltrain crossing moments before the train crashes into the car. deputies say the driver was under the influence when he hit a train signal post and stayed in the car even as the train came barreling down the track. he's going to be okay. we'll have a look at weather and traffic after the break.
