be the nominee for supreme court justice. ?could governor brian sandoval be heading to the nation's highest court? banner churchill community hospital, is getting some new equipment. it's new state-of-the- art machine could save lives. thanks for joining us tonight. i'm noah bond. nevada governor brian sandoval could be on the president's short list, as a u-s supreme court nominee. according to the washington post, since sandoval is a republican, he may be more acceptable to a republican run senate. he has federal court experience, and many politicians consider him a moderate. yesterday, we asked senator harry reid about the possible nomination. he only said would talk with the governor. when pressed for specifics, he wouldn't elaborate. detectives are also looking for information about an unknown woman, who is possibly related to this case. anyone with call the reno police department, or secret witness at 322-4900. ### one person is behind bars---- while one, is out on bail for fraud. 31-year-old matthew williams and 28-year-old julie morris, were both arrested for burglary, use of another person's i-d, and several other morris is no longer in custody. reno police say the two were using personal information, which was taken during a vehicle burglary. police want to remind people to never leave their personal belongings unattended, or in plain view inside their vehicles... even for a short period of time. ### douglas county officials are asking for help to find a missing woman. 69-year-old carolyn batchelor was last seen monday night in zephyr cove. she is 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs about

?seven hours of sleep a night? for some of us, it might be just a dream. but if you're not getting this much sleep, it turns out, you're not alone. doctor timothy johnson..... has tonight's medical minute. a good night's sleep? so important for your health, yet so hard for some of us to achieve. now, a new c-d-c report shows that one in three americans falls short of the recommended seven hours a night. the findings may be a wake-up call for some. insufficient sleep means more than just being tired the next day. over the long term, it can put you at risk for serious health problems, like obesity, heart disease, and high blood pressure. the researchers also providing state-by-state statistics on healthy sleep. so what is the most well-rested state? south dakota snoozed into first with the most inhabitants reporting getting enough sleep.
