that payment is a footnote in the 92 page statement that states in 2016 expenses were incurred by one of president donald trump's attorneys michael cohen. mr. cohen sought reimbursement of those expenses and trump fully reimbursed mr. cohen in 2017. the value is listed as between 100,000 and $250,000.: paid adult film star $130,000 to keep quite about an alleged affair with trump. the president has denied that payment in the past. rudy giuliani who recently joined the president legal team says the president did not know the specifics of the payment. mild weather today around sacramento including thunder and lightning caught on camera here in elk grove this morning.

dropped off by another suspect or brought here by a delivery service or delivery truck. officials are not saying but my sources tell me that the explosives device was inside of a package. apple may be getting closer to picking a site for a second campus. this one is far from the bay area. the tech giant is zeroing in on a research triangle park in durham north carolina. the location is already a high- tech hub and close to three major research universities. the triangle business journey -- journal reports that the deal took place over the weekend as tim cook visited duke university for commencement speech. apple is looking for a place for up to 20,000 technical support employees. apple is said to be looking at a site in northern virginia also. the geological survey has issued a red alert on hawaii's big island. this means a major eruption is imminent. the images are incredible. kilauea is hurling giant plumes

we have storms in the sierra. the sunshine did not help us out today we stayed in the 60s. san francisco 61. overnight low tonight low 50s. concord, fremont, san francisco, low of 51. the sunrise will be officially at 5:58 am. there is the activity in the sierra. we have high elevation snow at 8000 feet. numerous thunderstorms around susanville. mount shasta is getting more rainfall as is the greater chico rating area. we did have a thunderstorm earlier today at around napa and we expect anything further. another cloudy start for your day tomorrow. we will turn a bit sunnier and a bit milder by next week another round of cooler weather. let me show you the water vapor imagery. you can see the low-pressure area sitting off the coast line move onshore over the bay area this morning.
