can it out of washington into places like florida that could really use it. also five more cases reported at ft. bragg. although those seem to be travel related. the republican leadership's plan is to take it the money from planned parenthood. they can't seem to get this done. by the end of the month they've got to do something to keep the government running and they want to attach the zika funding to that so that if the government stays open, places like florida can get that money. but it's not clear what the path is going to be to get that done. this morning a minnesota hometown is reeling in grief and outrage from the outcome of a plea deal that has allowed a confessed killer off the hook
