start backing up getting back to the east bank other trains around the system backing up headed toward san francisco. systemwide wherever you're having it is likely you will experience crowded platforms and trains at least 20 minutes behind schedule. we expect this may clear up within the next hour or so barring any additional problems but so far systemwide they talk about train delays when they say 20 miniature passenger delays could be more. the ride on interstate 80 still pretty heavy and slow. leading to albany from highway 4 it was an early morning accident that kicked off the back off sadly now you can see the back up reaches beyond high way for up closer to willow and the richmond parkway off ramp. are really tough ride. live picture shows conditions there this is where the

a.m. the kron 4 morning if clock on the kron 4 morning news the latest, hot spot. >> continuing delays on bart as well. we get an update from bart they expect that is clear that there was systemwide major delays by the call, but not making it, we just heard from a passenger whose stock in the trance state to the train operator said there are three or four trades ahead of them of having westbound towards san francisco so still getting reports of passenger delays of 15-20 minutes but is still recording since systemwide delays which they hope to have it cleared up by 8:00 looks as though it will take a while longer for them to clear up these problems. what happened was in the early morning hours of 6:45 a.m. a train stalled in the
tube it took some time to clear it as a consequence train started backing up to throughout the system. still reporting system by delays this note having cleared out by 8:00 they have not made it. ysabel freeway is not cleared out, you can see in the westbound direction traffic is still badly backed up leading into albany coming down from before highway 4. the back up reaches towards the port chicago highway. the back up continues to build for the upper east shore freeway. the red on interstate 680 still a hot spot, set down traffic backed up into multiple walnut creek for martinez. we have seen a real change in the last couple weeks in the 680. pattern much heavier than it has been for some time not only getting into the creek but continuing south into the san ramon valley with heavy traffic into danville not only suck on a
