mid '40's for napa, concord. getting up to about 50 this morning to present francisco. the afternoon it will be cool with your highs on the getting up and to the '60s the low sixties for the north bay in the napa valley. downtown san francisco some of the warmer spots only mid-50s through the livermore valley as well. here's a look at what's going on in terms of the wet weather. we are seeing it clipped the northwest corner. this is where will stay for today as we head into tomorrow different picture you can see the cold front just sweeping through. what it will bring us is cloud cover behind that notice all the popcorn clouds indicating much colder air. as it sweeps through it will bring us rain come tomorrow also a chance of snow not just for the sierra but in the bay area as well. snow levels could get down to 2,500 ft..
mt. diablo, mount hamilton could get a light dusting of snow. wet weather through tomorrow and through the beginning of next week. 7:31 a.m. traffic report with george. >> san francisco we were watching what could have been a hot spot you can tell by my verbiage already things are in good shape. i gave away the westbound ride off the upper deck no longer backed up or slow. they cleared the incident from the off ramp it had been blocking a late but traffic is now moving well here better conditions no impact for the bay bridge toll plaza westbound. things are bad enough there without additional problems. starting to see slowing not 683 walnut creek and expand its out now into all mall. it took much longer to
develop this back up than it did yesterday. southbound ride well slowing is not as bad today as it was yesterday but it is the heavy commute into alamo on 680 southbound. continuing 680 but this time the ride towards burn l 3 pleasanton down towards an all. once again backed up this morning there was an accident at bernal but that only accounts for this much of the delay. the rest of this is traffic margarine into the new express line on 680 southbound so looks good over this and all great. the dublin ride will it does look bad coming out of livermore does heavy over the dublin great free westbound ride into castro valley. mark. >> actually all take it this just can't live just outside of situlas a school bus and suvs have been involved in a crash we know

new details this morning on 65 year-old woman has died, she was hit by a college shuttle bus. killed after being struck by bus wednesday afternoon. around 12:30 p.m., police began receiving 911 emergency response calls about a pedestrian being hit by a shuttle bus. the bus was reportedly traveling north on leavenworth street and
attempting to make a left turn onto geary street pedestrian in the crosswalk. incident in the 30-year history of the shuttles run by the university, according to jon gledhill, director of ucsf transportation services. the intersection was closed for some three hours. with this latest accident a report was released. to get to more news faster return to jackie sissel live in san francisco to break down the costs that traffic incidents cost to the city. >> according to the study these intersection at 6 and howard is one of two interceptions they have the most traffic collisions with pedestrians in the city according to this new study that was released earlier this month. by the sec and the scope miscible transportation agency. there were five in 2008, that's when the numbers were lost gathered is not just the human toll, it is also the cost of the city. let's take a look at some of those numbers. for each fatality
