sexual assault, kidnapping and robbery. he was arrested last week after police received an anonymous tip. all three attacks happened last year, the most recent on december 8th. >>justine: johann van der sloot is back in court in peru, this time on trial for the murder of stephanie floras. we covered this story last week. he told the court that he needed more time to consider his case. his case has not resumed. vendors live is the prime suspect in the case of alabama a teenager natalie holloway. i will keep my eyes on the trial and provide updates. >>darya: new details revealing that there was a leak in the information moments leading up to the
accused of sexual assault from last fall. he is being held in jail without bail. it being assessed will have her preliminary hearing today. >>darya: their raiders have begun their search for a new coach. the green bay packers for one thing offensive coach is a top contender. hugh jackson was fired after just a year. the
raiders owner says it is in court that the team get a new stadium. he says he has had discussions with groups of monsanto was about returning the franchise to southern california but says the has no plans to sell the team but he does want to move the raiders out of oakland. the team's lease runs through the 2013 season.

country and moved to beijing. customs officers caught him on december 19th. he was arrested on suspicion of murdering the mother of his son. he is due back in court on february 8th. >>darya: ucsf scientists say that smoking pot does not affect the lungs the way cigarettes do. >>reggie: off a steady and marijuana released by researchers found that occasional pot use does not appear to damage lungs over time like originally thought. they also found a slight increase in lung capacity. the lead author says the reason marijuana smoke does not seem to affect lung function like tobacco use is because
