the antioch bridge has been included in the list of bridges under advisories'. the only two bridges that are not under with advisories are the golden gate is the carquinez bridge. traffic is not doing to that. we are not tracking any hot spots. a quick look at the right around the bay area shows like traffic conditions for the ride on highway 80 in the westbound direction and a pretty good commuter the south bay freeways as well. there are no problems to report with light traffic for the 101 southbound ride. >>darya: we are continuing team coverage of whether and traffic. jackie sissel is live at the richmond san rafael bridge taking a look at conditions there.

georgia and the traffic center with word on a hot spot. >>george: the westbound commute on highway 92, we have had wind advisories. that was a traffic headlines of the accident first reported as a stall on the san retail bridge. traffic is moving once again. it looks like a normal commute. now, it is, at least from the toll plaza headed westward. the accident has been completely cleared, so is the debris. the back of the reach all the way to the base of a

officially investigated as a pot growing operation. police investigators are here and going through it. they told me that so far they found at least 300 plants in various rooms throughout the home. the filter according to one investigator is meant to clean the air so the neighbors will not know what is going on. as far as tracking down the owners they're having difficulties. they do not know who owns his home officially. >>darya: in the east bay, 4 people including two children are hurt in an accident that started with a driver behind the wheel being shot and then a crash. the driver lost control of the bentley that he was driving when he was shot. the bentley crashed head-on into another car where children were inside.

we are waking up tomorrow morning to potentially freezing temperatures. the overnight lows on wednesday could get pretty cold. thursday and friday are looking good with a lot of sunshine and temperatures backed into the low 70's. we will cool things off again with another system willing to of the weekend giving us a slight chance of sprinkles on saturday. for now, it is windy. let's get a check on traffic with george. >>george: now that we have cleared our hot spot, that is what you need to know about traffic. it is windy. there are wind advisories for nearly all of the bay area bridges and the altemont pass. let's start our bridge check on the bay bridge toll plaza before the westbound ride. even with early activation of the metering lights, we're looking for a reasonably good commute. the back of is not for the macarthur maze, but for the

edge of it. the westbound 80 ride coming in from the nimitz is your best bet to the bay bridge. it is hardly to back up at all. this is back up is a onetime back up, it is starting to clear out pretty quickly. it is possible that before the end of the broadcast we will see the end of the back up. for the most part we have an incident free on the upper deck. the san mateo bridge was a hot spot for, not because of a high wind advisory, but because of an accident that occurred some time ago that left debris in the lanes in the back of traffic from mid span to the toll plaza. the drive time is still a few minutes higher than usual. it is running about 18 minutes and it usually 30-40 minutes. figure golden gate bridge to new, 101 looks good coming in from in heading to marin county. there are no problems there. a quick survey of traffic maps shows a normal ride. on 80 westbound drive time

is about 19 minutes. no surprises on the commute on 680 into walnut creek or the san ramon valley. lighter than normal on 101 and 85 in the northbound direction. to 80 is fairly slow from downtown of towards cupertino. as a look at the right in iran, a drive time of 34-to the six minutes from highway 37 to the golden gate. drop on wall street. there are concerns about what is happening in greece as to whether or not it will meet their deadline in the two weeks to do a debt swap deal with debt holders. the dow was off 145, down over 1 percent. bigger crops on the s and p and nasdaq. as a down 17 yen to the s&p down 13. >>darya: a tiny drop for the price of gas, but not here in the bay area. it is still remaining high above the national average.

of san francisco because they say with extensive pre- trial coverage it will be too difficult to find a fair and impartial jury. the jury selection process started yesterday. mirkirimi has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, battery, child endangerment and dissuading a witness. he is accused of grabbing interest in the arm of his wife in front of their toddler son on new year's eve. his wife is not cooperating with prosecutors -- with prosecution. >>mark: the 17 year-old accused of opening fire in side of an ohio high school is in court today. t. j. lane is facing a aggravated murder and felony assault charges in connection with a shooting last week. authorities say he opened fire in the cafeteria of chardon high school, shooting five students and killing three of them. prosecutors want to try him as an adult. a funeral mass for one of the victims, 16 years old dimitrius is scheduled for today.

>>darya: the president's talking mortgage release in his first news conference of the year -- his first full news conference of the year. he is aiming towards the military and homeowners who have a government-backed loans. the president is expected to announce plans to let borrowers with mortgages insured by the fha to refinance at lower rates. he is supposed to speak at 10:15 a.m.. >>mark: a big drop on wall street. economists are growing more optimistic about the future of the u.s. economy. slightly stronger growth and hiring than predicted two months ago. economists to believe in the unemployment rate believe it will fall down to 8% by- election day. that is better than the 8.4% estimate when they were surveyed in december. they say that by the end of 2013, the prediction is that unemployment will drops 7.4% down from their earlier estimates of 7.8%. the brighter outlook for jobs follows five straight

bridges for which the california highway patrol has not issued a high with adviser. the wind advisory has been in effect at the favorite for the entire committee. we are already seeing an improvement in the back of westbound. the toll plaza flats are no longer backed up to west grand. the 880 approach is always completely cleared out. the san mateo bridge had been a hot spot earlier this morning. from time to time, we will see some slow traffic as this back up on the wines. the accident has been clear for over an hour and a westbound direction. the drive times are still over 15 minutes for the san mateo bridge. a little higher than usual. your ride on the golden gate has been a problem free all morning long. we are near the peak of traffic for the southbound ride, but no problems across the span.

that has been the big word this morning. we have with advisories for virtually all of the bay area bridges, the golden gate and carquinez are the only two exceptions. here at the bay bridge toll plaza, we have watched things slowed down for the last 10 minutes. there has been a reporter something in the lanes on 80 westbound. we do not know if it is to break or a stalled car but it was reported on the bridge. it does seem as though things of slowed a bit. the pace through the toll plaza is a brisk. the back of started to completely clear out. it is still slow from just past 880. the 880 approach is still the best bet to get to the bay bridge. continuing our bridge check on this and detailed bridge, this had been a hot spot and is still under warranty. from time to time you will see traffic budget up again. front times are still higher than usual. 18 minutes from some commuters across the san

mateo bridge. normally would be five minutes left in that. the golden gate has been a problem free all morning long. the slow traffic we did see in marin is already starting to clear. i will show you that in a moment as we look at the right on interstate 680 southbound. we are looking at slowing the will clear out probably right after 9:00 a.m., in the next 10 minutes or so. the east shore freeway ride has been better than usual, so has the commute on 101 northbound, a shorter than usual drive time. typical the slowing in to saratoga on 85 northbound. here is the marin to be with the heaviest traffic between lucas valley road and freighters parkway on the southbound ride. >>mark: thousands of dui cases are under intense scrutiny, many of them could be thrown out. this is in san francisco. there are allegations that the s&p falsely recorded
