right now. >>darya: the san francisco sheriff has reached a plea deal in this domestic violence case. that means there will be a trial. mirkirimi pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor false imprisonment. he was originally charged with misdemeanor domestic violence, child endangerment and is leading a witness after a fight with his wife on new year's eve. the plea deal means he will have three years' probation, he will have 100 hours of community service and counseling for nearly a year. the sheriff says he will stay on the job. >> i want to get this behind me and reunite with my family. i want to continue to tend to be in for work of this department this has been a
