in jackie sissel has the latest on the investigation. investigators are expected back on the scene today? >> yes. crime tape is still up in that much of the block is still considered a crime scene. there is still a uniformed patrol officer protecting the crime scene. the other thing you will notice is a makeshift memorial. all weekend, investigators have been coming over this house trying to figure out what happened inside the home.
they are being tight-lipped on exactly what happened. if we do know that the five people were bludgeoned to death. >>alejandra: this is the man police believe are responsible for the gruesome killings of five people. fee was taken into custody sunday morning in the votes on five counts of murder. fifth 35 year-old man has a criminal record and the gang ties. they believe the suspect did have a relationship with the five victims but a motive has not been released. the chief did say that elected not surrender and was arrested at his san francisco home.
off >>mark: and other developing story, the disappearance of a 15 year-old morgan hill girl periods the high-school sophomore sierra lamar has been missing since last friday. the fbi is now helping with the search. believe has located her cellphone in a nearby field and found a bag with her clothing neatly folded. they have also searched her cell phone and computer but have turned up nothing. will tran is live from morgan hill. >>will: her high school is 3-4 mi. away from her bus stop but she never made it here. of course people are very

the golden gate on southbound 101, we do not have any major incidents to report. on the traffic maps, you may encounter some delays, reports of a large pot hole in the number 3 lane. caltrans has been notified. we are seeing minor delays also on interstate 280. as we take you to the east bay, slow and go conditions coming off of the altamont pass. that is where speeds drop down to about 25 mi. per hour, slow and go conditions on southbound 880. >>mark: today marks the one month anniversary in the shooting death of treyvon martin. the 17 year-old was killed by a neighborhood watch volunteer, george zimmerman
