our top story this morning.... a high school teacher in san jose...arrested for having a sexual with a student. kron 4's will tran is live in san jose with the details. 32-year-old trudy hill posted bail last night after being arrested. she is on leave from her job as an english teacher at santa terasa high school. police say she used her position to exploit a 17-year-old male student into a sexual relationship. parents of the east side unified high school district

for a series of sexual assaults at san jose state university. the person's identity has not been released yet. but officials say it is a student at the school. police did release this surveillance photo of a suspect in one incident. officials say they believe the person in custody is responsible for multiple assaults. all of the incidents happened in different buildings on campus. police believe some of the assaults went unreported and they are still looking for more victims this morning. today marks one week since the deadly oakland warehouse fire. here is what we know one week after the fire.... right now investigators are still trying to figure out what started the fire. fire crews have completely searched the warehouse. the alameda county coroner's bureau says it's notified all 36 families of victims of the ghost ship warehouse fire. there are still five vicims' identities that have not been released to the public. now we want to go to averi harper with how the fire is impacting the

commuinty. averi? while the a-t-f investigates the cause of the deadly warehouse fire, the oakland city council is working to figure out how to keep other artist collectives safe. the city's uderground art and music scene is bracing for a crackdown. people fear because of the ghost ship warehouse fire that killed 36 people, some of the affordable housing in oakland will be taken away. there's -panic- that code compliance will focus on finding minor technical violations, which will be used to evict people. council members say their focus isn't on increasing homelessness, but to work with the community in order to create safer spaces.
