basketball coach from albany high.sot - coach and a student with nooses around their neck we've blurred the photos due to their graphic nature. some were too explicit to show. sot - i'm disgusted by it. i think it's completely unacceptable the mother of one of the students being targeted says a fake instagram account was created by a number of juniors at the school. sot - my daughter didn't even know these peopleshe is emotionally hurt, but they have a good support systemsot - we're dealing with it the best we can. we have the right support in place. this is not something you expect your child would have to deal with sarah francis says the school district is taking this very seriously, but she believes there needs to be severe consequences. sot - i want them to hold the students and their parents accountable for their behavior and to show that this is a no tolerant zone.sot - students should come into school feeling safe and welcomed and acceptedin a statement the school district says :"albany unified is committed to providing a safe
learning environment for all of our students, and any racially offensive or other hurtful behavior will not be tolerated at ahs or in any of our albany schools."sot -it's a bigger issue. this isn't the first time this has happened at the school with cyber bullying.tagcounselors are being provided for student support. we did try to talk to students to get their take on what's happening right now. they were told by the school not to talk to the media. reporting in albany (grant) five people killed and 40 others injured after a terror attack outside britain's parliament.... and it ended with the attacker being shot and killed. here is what we know. the five people mare now dead: the attacker, a police officer and three civilians... the assailant still has not been identified... but investigators believe they know who he is... and they think islamic extremism is a
factor. they say the attacker ran down pedestrians with a suv on westminster bridge and then stabbed an armed police officer to death inside the gates of parliament before being shot and killed by police. extra armed police will be monitoring the streets in the coming days. and hundreds of officers are working on the case. (pam) happening now... police are looking for a suspect who tried to kidnap a young girl and throw her into the trunk of his car. kron4's j-r stone has details on what happened and where. this girl is okay but this happened near this intersection behind me. some neighbors said they heard the yelling. as to how it all went down. a young 11 year old who lives near here explained what officers told him and his family.apparently
some man grabbed her and was hurling her into the trunk and some man from the house across the street saved her and moved her out of the street and her shoe was left. and she is in the hospital right now and that is really sad and i'm freaking out but everything is fine. everything is under control. everyone is safe. and the guy actually just sped off there is no license number or anything. as a kid is it scary? yeah it is but you know i have my mommy here but she will take care of me i know that and we have a wonderful alarm that will keep me safe. did you see the police yes we saw a lot of them they were undercover they were all over the street. i go to my friends in the house over there we run between house but from now on i will not be going alone. my parents will take me to and from each house.this is a matter of blocks from the herbert hoover middle school. the suspect descriptions here are vague of a man in his 20's. police still looking for him tonight. in san francisco j.r. stone kron 4 news.

reading a magazine when she saw an agitated man walk by her...then the attack happened. she doesn't remember the attack...this is a picture of her raincoat covered in blood. she suffered a head injury and had to get 6 stitches.bart police say 23 year old wilbert winchester kicked the victim...and she was slammed into the side of the train. he was booked on an assault charge. the victim says she's still going to ride the train to work...but plans to start sitting in the first car near especially on those early morning rides to work.kron4 news (hermela aregawi)in the east bay, recent high profile crimes on bart are raising questions about rider safety. hundreds of thousands of people take bart every day.. and the vast majority do so without any problems of note. but recent high profile incidents are putting the question of rider safety back in the forefront.bart tells us property crimes are significantly down at stations. but crime against people is up slightly..while ridership is down 2.7 percent from last
