clifford talked to police who say they are now asking for the public's help. the american canyon police department says that 20 vehilces were vandalized either late thursday or early friday morning. the culprits appear to have randomly targetted vehicles parked along residential streets on the eastern side of the city. smashed windows were found along via bellagio, sarcedo, oakstone, ironhorse, hallmark, gold valley, and cantada. the damaged vehilces included cars, trucks, suv's and even a motor home.after discovering the vandalism early friday morning, police saturdated the area but were unable to find the people responsible.sotthis is very concerning.annena aikins lives along via bellagio and is stunned this has happened here.sotthis is a nice neighborhood. it's safe and we have good neighbors so furioius.soti thought this was a nice community. we moved here 16 years ago from oakland to get away from this sort of thingso far, it appears that the vandal or vandlas only smashed windows, no thefts or injuries were reported. so far, no suspects or motives for the vandalism have been identiified and the american canyon police department is now hoping that anyone with

doctors who provide care to their hospitals. (grant) in the east bay tonight-- police are still looking for the suspects connected to a shooting in union city. five people were shot at chapel of the chimes memorial park and funeral home. it happened around 7 o'clock last night. four victims were taken to nearby hospitals... and one victim drove to a hospital. at last check... their conditions are unknown. police are still looking into what prompted the violence. (vicki) in the south bay... police now have four men in custody... who they say are responsible for several stabbings.... these are the men: adrian calvert, gener rabino, noe santillano and mark romero... it happened in san jose last saturday. one person died... three other victims were hospitalized but are recovering... all four men
have been booked into the santa clara county jail for murder... and three- counts of attempted murder. it is san jose's 12th- homicide this year. (grant) two south bay women in their 20's are accused of having sex with underage boys. the santa clara county sheriff's office says the suspects bragged about it...calling themselves "sexual deviants." one of the women...a student teacher... worked with young students at a middle school. kron 4's justine waldman says investigators are concerned about the possibility of more victims. self-described best friends according to the santa clara county sheriff's office - 24 year old talia sisco of saratoga on the left and 23 year old tina pourani of san jose on the right - both face charges of having sex with teenage boys.sot i think it it is horrible it is praying on the most vulnerable women men anyone who abuses a child needs to go to prisonsanta clara county sheriff laurie smith tells me right now there are 3 victims, and possibly a 4th. the victims are 15 and 16 years old.the investigation into alleged abuse started in april.sisco was then a student-teacher at bernal middle school in san jose.the

(vicki) new at 9. a man is behind bars tonight...accused of robbing a bank in san leandro. it happened around four yesterday afternoon at the chase bank on lewelling boulevard. there officers learned that the suspect presented a robbery note to the teller demanding cash...however the suspect left the scene empty handed. then a neighboring law enforcement agency broadcasted a similar style bank robbery that just happened in oakland.. the description of that suspect and his get-away car...matched that of the san leandro incident. authorities caught up and arrested the suspect...whose name has not yet been released. (vicki) in san francisco. police arrest a man...they say commited a " hot prowl" burglary in the ingleside district. this is a photo of the suspect...identified as
28-year-old tabri akeem austin. the incident happpend march 26th at a home on goettingen street. there police say austin held a female homeowner captive inside a bathroom while he snatched her items. burglary investigators were able to anazyzle collected evidence and attain search warrants. authorities then arrested austin at his san francisco home wednesday. the problem. the bart board had been planning to add more inspectors to the team... but they've decided to hold offsot bevan dufty / bart board director 24-30we're not going to add 2 more cso's until such time as we have full information and appreciation of where we stand.in the three months the program has been fully operational, inspectors have contacted 18,388 riders, and cited 1,633, about 8% who could not show proof they paid. but before spending money on additional inspectors the bart board wants to see the program operate another three months, see if there's any drop in evasion, if those being cited are actually paying their tickets, and if the method of stopping people is fare and equitable sotthis is something that's absolutely important and we are not putting the breaks on it, we're continuing with the existing program and after 6 months the gm will have good informationmost bart riders we spoke too hadn't seen the inspectors at all, but some saw the value in the programsot if bart's successful they are saving some money by having these monitors , so its a win win situation for everybodyand while other think fare evasion is important, they believe there are more significant prioritiessoti think the top

(grant) as schools are getting out for the summer... many working parents are looking to secure safe rides for their kids during the long vacation. but-- a lot may not know-- lyft and uber drivers are not supposed to transport minors. reporter melanie michael spoke to one driver who says she always checks i-d's if passengers look underage.
as a parent, would you be okay with your child getting into the car with a stranger? any parent should be freaked out about that, uber or not when this uber driver gets behind the wheel, she's got two top priorities: safety and following company rules. including no customers under 18 isabella who chose not to share her last name or identity.... wants passengers and parents to understand this policy.i will not accept anybody under the age of 18. if you look like that, and you cannot provide a form of id, i will cancel. i'm not willing to take the risk. as it turns out, isabella knows all too well the struggle of parenting and juggling schedules. she's also a mother.. .and married to driver admits, it's tough for working parents but, she's not willing to break the rules.
